Submit a Privacy Request

Anyone with a Gradus account can request deletion of their account and personal information using this form. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, correct, opt out of sale or sharing (we don't sell or share), and limit use of sensitive personal information. Learn more in our Privacy Policy.

If you still have the app installed, you can also delete your account directly from Settings.

What deletion removes, and what we keep

Deleting your account removes your profile, your name and email, your athletes' names and dates of birth, and your messages. Some information is retained: practice plans and coaching notes created by a coach remain available to the athletes and parents they were shared with, with the coach's identifying details removed; messages you sent remain in shared conversations with their contents removed; and records of completed transactions are retained as long as tax and accounting law requires.
