We don't sell or share personal information.
Under the CCPA/CPRA, "sale" and "sharing" carry specific meanings — including disclosure for cross-context behavioral advertising. Gradus does neither. We also do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes beyond providing the service (CPRA §7027(m)). Because no sale, sharing, or extended use of sensitive PI occurs, no opt-out is technically required — but the controls below are available anyway.
