What You’ll Do
Act as the voice and subject matter expert for figure skating at Gradus Sports, guiding feature development and platform improvements.
Drive user engagement, create compelling content, and advocate for Gradus across the figure skating ecosystem (rinks, clubs, and online communities).
Collaborate with our core team to ensure our platform prioritizes young athlete well-being, progressive long-term athletic development (LTAD), and strict adherence to SafeSport principles.
Introduce Gradus to fellow coaches, clubs, and parents, driving platform adoption through direct outreach and commission-aligned growth initiatives.
Work directly with our core team, testing new concepts, giving real-time product feedback, and learning the ins and outs of building a technology startup.
Who You Are
Active Figure Skating Coach: You are currently coaching full-time (or near full-time) and deeply embedded in the figure skating community.
Active Gradus User: You have used Gradus yourself and understand its value proposition for coaches and athletes firsthand.
SafeSport Champion: You are passionate about creating safe, positive, and healthy training environments for young athletes.
Marketing & Tech Enthusiast: You are comfortable on social media, intrigued by startups, and excited about the intersection of sports technology and coaching.
Adaptable & Curious: You love learning new skills, thrive in a small-team environment where everyone wears multiple hats, and don't care about corporate fluff or formal degrees.
